Project Overview

iFloor is a vertical SaaS platform purpose-built for flooring retailers: the operations software behind the promise to “run the whole floor.” Born out of more than a decade of hands-on flooring retail experience, iFloor replaces the typical patchwork of spreadsheets, whiteboards, and text messages with one system that carries a job from first enquiry to final payment. It serves store owners, office staff, subcontract installers, and customers, each through their own dedicated portal. Nametech developed iFloor and offers it to flooring stores as a ready-to-deploy platform.

Project Summary

We built iFloor as a custom multi-tenant SaaS platform where every flooring retailer runs on their own isolated instance with a dedicated database, so no client’s data is ever mixed with another’s. The system is a complete per-store CRM and ERP covering the full job lifecycle: lead → project → orders → measurement → labour sheets → e-signature → install → invoice → payment, with built-in SMS, voice, and email communications threaded against each customer and an AI layer that scans business cards, parses supplier confirmation emails, and auto-fills records.
