We built iFloor as a custom multi-tenant SaaS platform where every flooring retailer runs on their own isolated instance with a dedicated database — no client’s data ever mixed with another’s. The system is a complete per-store CRM and ERP covering the full job lifecycle: lead → project → orders → measurement → labour sheets → e-signature → install → invoice → payment, with built-in SMS, voice, and email communications threaded against each customer and an AI layer that scans business cards, parses supplier confirmation emails, and auto-fills records.
