Enterprise Online Hub System

Project Overview
The Online Hub is a secure web platform built in Surrey, BC, that gives users one place to submit and manage their applications, including funding applications, and follow each one's status. Users sign in once to reach every application, and automated validation, including e-signatures and photo verification, confirms eligibility before an application moves forward. The Hub also offers guardian access, appointment scheduling and task management tools, and a community dashboard with real-time statistics, event tracking, newsletters and funding updates, so the organization can run its operations and keep its community informed.
Project Summary
We built the Hub with Laravel and PHP, integrated it with the organization's CRM, and led the project across the full development lifecycle, from scope and budget through deployment, training and support. It replaced slower multi-step processes with one scalable system.
Key Focus & Responsibilities:
- Directed Agile teams across the full SDLC: scope, budget, timeline, development, QA, deployment, infrastructure/security, training, and support.
- Architected secure systems, data models, and role-based workflows.
- Led platform design, legacy migration, and multi-system unification under one scalable solution.
What it changed:
- Enabled real-time executive dashboards and reporting.
- Digitized event/funding visibility and task tracking tools.
