Magnus Coaching

Project Overview

Magnus Coaching is a Langley, BC-based professional coaching practice founded by Haleh Magnus, an ICF Associate Certified Coach with specialized training in Organizational and Career Coaching through UBC. Guided by the motto “Vision · Mindset · Goals · Growth,” the practice offers career, youth, organizational, entrepreneurship, and health & fitness coaching, plus vision and goal-mapping workshops that help students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and teams find their purpose and move forward without fear.

Project Summary

We developed the website for Magnus Coaching on WordPress, creating a warm, personal and professional platform that reflects Haleh’s coaching philosophy and carries her line “Anything Is Possible, and Life Will Always Get Better.” Coaching starts with trust and a first conversation, so the site is built around one action: booking a free 30-minute discovery session. Online booking with an integrated scheduling calendar sends Zoom links automatically for discovery sessions, one-on-one coaching and group workshops. Each of the six coaching programs has its own page, and the site also includes a blog for insights on career, mindset and growth, client testimonials, a secure contact form, and FAQ sections covering pricing, process and scheduling, all in a fully responsive design.

About Magnus Coaching

Magnus Coaching is Haleh Magnus's practice in Langley, BC. She meets clients online or in person around Langley, and she brings more than twenty years as an entrepreneur to her coaching.

Her UBC training makes her a Certified Career Practitioner and a Certified Organizational Coach, and she also holds a bachelor's degree in accounting. She is a member of the Langley Chamber, the Langley Women Networking Group and the RWIB White Rock Chapter, sits on the Surrey Workforce Community & Inclusive Growth Committee, and is a contributing author in two published books.

What she needed

Someone looking for a coach is usually weighing a personal decision, such as a career change or a teenager with no clear direction. Before they book a first call, they want to know who the coach is, what the sessions cover and what it will cost.

Haleh's site speaks to students and their parents, professionals, founders and whole organizations. Each of those readers needed a clear way in, with terms that apply to them, and one obvious place to book.

What we built, and why

Every service page follows the same order: who it is for, why it matters, what the sessions cover, then that service's own pricing and a booking button. The student page adds a note written to parents, and the organizational page explains that team coaching is quoted per workplace.

The booking page lists three session types: a free 30-minute discovery session, a 60-minute one-on-one session and a 60-minute group or workshop session. Each button opens its own TidyCal calendar, and organizations and nonprofits are pointed to the contact form for a tailored quote.

The About page holds the proof a buyer checks before trusting a coach. It lists her UBC and ICF credentials and her community roles, links her books on Amazon, and links press coverage of her 2017 Tehran marathon run from Al Jazeera, Global News and the Langley Advance Times. The FAQ says plainly that coaching is not therapy, so visitors know what they are booking.

How it works for their customers

The homepage hero has a single button, Book Your Free Discovery Session, and Book an Appointment stays in the menu on every page. Further down, a visitor sees the six service cards, a four-step outline of how coaching runs, the FAQ, recent blog posts and testimonials, including one from the Langley School District Foundation.

A visitor who picks a session chooses a time on the calendar and the Zoom link arrives automatically. Each calendar is titled for its session: Free Discovery Session (30 Minutes), Coaching Session (60 Minutes) or Group & Workshop Session (60 Minutes).

Anyone who would rather write first can use the contact form, and the page promises a reply within one business day. The FAQ also sets the one rule for changes: at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Where it stands today

The site is live at hmagnuscoaching.com, and the footer of every page credits Nametech Canada Limited. On 29 September 2026 all three TidyCal calendars linked from the booking page were live.

Haleh's blog now holds five articles. Four went up on 18 July 2026, filed under Career, Youth, Mindset and Entrepreneurship, and a fifth, Why I Became a Coach, followed on 10 August 2026. The About page links that post as her full story, and the homepage shows the latest four.

Each post can be shared to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram or by email. The About page plays two short videos, Haleh presenting at the Langley Chamber of Commerce and the moment she opened the first box of her books, and lists two podcast interviews under Podcasts & Interviews.
