Nametech Canada builds AI assistants and automation, CRM and operations software, and the websites and online stores around them, for businesses across the Lower Mainland. What we build
Software we run ourselves, and client work
Two products we built and run in production, the AI receptionist inside one of them, and the websites, stores and systems we build for other businesses. Each one has a page you can read.

The AI client system our agency has run on every day since August 2026. Calls, email, texts, quotes, contracts, invoices, Stripe and QuickBooks sit on one record per client, and AI drafts in the owner's voice for a person to send. Opening to other businesses soon.

Inside NameCRMThe AI receptionist
It answers our own line when nobody can, books meetings and texts a recap, and it tells every caller it is an AI. Every change to it is graded on practice calls before a real caller hears it. It comes with NameCRM and is not sold on its own.

You review each stage on a preview before anything goes live, and you tell us what to change.
Tested, then checked by a person
Automated tests run before every release of our own software, and a person reviews anything your customers will see.

Meet Seemab Akbar
Seemab founded Nametech Canada and is the person clients meet first. She leads every free assessment herself: she looks at your website, search presence and social channels before the call, walks you through what is working and what to fix first, and sends it in writing.
She also hosts our workshops on putting AI to work in a small business, and speaks to business groups across the Lower Mainland.
