Websites and software for home care agencies in BC

In this guide
A home care agency enquiry page with kinds of care to tap and a home visit to book, the day of enquiries with where each came from, and a call answered by an AI receptionist, with example data

A family looking for home care is often choosing for a parent, sometimes in a hurry after a fall or a hospital stay. They want to know what care you offer, in which areas, who will come to the door and whether anyone answers when they call. Your office, meanwhile, is covering visits and cannot always pick up.

Home care is new ground for us. So every piece below is shown where it runs today, for a business we can name. That covers a Google Maps listing, service pages that name the areas served and enquiry forms that arrive sorted. It also covers visits booked online, agreements signed in a private portal and the AI receptionist on our own line.

Each section below names that build and the service page that explains it. Start with the piece that costs you the most today, and the free 30-minute assessment finds it. We come to you: at your office, at a spot near you or online.

    For home care agencies

What a home care agency needs, and where it already runs

The jobs a care agency's website and office software have to do. Each one names the business where the build runs today and the page with the detail.

    1. Found on Google Maps when a family searches

Google ranks map results on relevance, distance and how well known a business is. It says complete, accurate profiles are more likely to show. We listed JLJ Painting on Google Maps and with the BBB. Two buttons on its site open both, so visitors read the reviews at the source.

    2. A page for each kind of care, naming the areas you serve

HR Next Door, in Port Moody, has twelve service pages on one pattern. Every page also carries structured data that tells search engines it is a professional service serving Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and British Columbia. For an agency, that is a page each for personal care, respite and companionship.

    3. Families see who will come to the door

On Forever True's website, each co-owner has her own profile with her photo, credentials and experience, because a client wants to know that person first. A care agency can introduce its coordinators and caregivers the same way, sharing only what each person agrees to share.

    4. Enquiries that arrive sorted by the care asked for

JLJ Painting's quote form lists the same seven services as its service cards, so each enquiry arrives sorted by type of job. Our own site's forms land in NameCRM as matched contacts with a notice to us. A trap field and a limit per visitor keep bots out.

    5. Home assessments booked online

NameCRM's booking page offers your real free time, honours minimum notice and a daily cap, and sends the person who booked a Google invite.

    6. Calls answered when the office is busy

When nobody picks up within about 20 seconds, NameCRM's AI receptionist answers. It says it is an AI and that the call is recorded, books into the real calendar and texts the caller a recap. An emergency cue puts the 911 line first. Today it answers our own line.

    7. Callers heard in their own language, and you can step in

The receptionist hears French, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi callers in their own language and replies in spoken French or Hindi. Before it speaks, it reads the caller's record, upcoming meetings and past calls. From a notification on your phone, you can listen in or take the call over.

    8. A private portal for agreements and documents

Every NameCRM client gets a private, branded portal with documents, billing and messages. Agreements are signed inside it by drawing or typing a name, with the time and IP address recorded. The signed PDF is filed there, and on a new device messages and files ask for an emailed code.

    9. Client information kept private, and where it is stored said plainly

In NameCRM the database decides who can read each record, and staff can add a second sign-in code. Records and files are stored in Canada, while the application servers run in the United States. Our security page lists each protection and the rules we follow, including BC's PIPA.

    FAQs

    Frequently asked questions

How do families find a home care agency online?

Google says local results depend on relevance, distance and how well known a business is, and that complete, accurate profiles are more likely to show. So an agency needs a verified Business Profile with the right category and areas. It also needs a page for each kind of care, and real reviews asked for fairly.

Does an AI receptionist suit a home care agency?

It suits the calls nobody in the office can reach. NameCRM's receptionist answers after about 20 seconds, says it is an AI and that the call is recorded, and books into the real calendar. An emergency cue puts the 911 line first, and you can listen in or take over from your phone. It comes only with NameCRM.

How do you handle our clients' personal and health information?

In NameCRM the database itself decides who can read each record. Records and files are stored in Canada. The application servers run in the United States, and our AI providers are set not to train on what we send them. BC's PIPA governs how we handle personal information, and our security page names every provider.

How long until our agency shows up on Google Maps?

We do not promise a date or a position, and Google says there is no way to pay for a better local ranking. A profile is verified first, at Google's pace. Then we make it complete and accurate and keep it in step with your website. We post regularly, reply to reviews and report what Google's own numbers show.

How much does a website for a home care agency cost?

It depends on the job. How many kinds of care and service areas need their own pages? Do online booking, intake forms, a client portal or a phone receptionist come with it? We publish no flat price. After the free 30-minute assessment you get a written estimate, with GST on top, or call 604-900-2060 for pricing.
