HR Next Door Consulting Services is a fractional HR consultancy based in Port Moody, BC, founded by Aaronna Martin, a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with over twenty years of experience across twelve industries. Serving small and medium businesses throughout the Tri-Cities and the Lower Mainland, HR Next Door offers senior HR expertise by the hour, the project, or the month — from recruitment and onboarding to workplace investigations, policies and handbooks, and terminations, all compliant with BC Employment Standards and WorkSafeBC.
We developed the website for HR Next Door on WordPress, building a friendly, approachable platform that positions the brand as “the blue door you knock on when you need HR.” The site features twelve dedicated service pages, a free downloadable HR Audit Toolkit (PDF lead magnet) built for BC businesses, a secure contact form with Google Maps integration, a client reviews section with star ratings, a blog, a newsletter subscription, and an embedded intro video. Every page is built with SEO-optimized content and metadata for better local search visibility and a fully responsive design.
