WordPress design and development for Surrey sites
Nametech Canada works on WordPress websites for Surrey businesses that already run on WordPress: new sections and pages, design changes in the theme and page builder the site already uses, fixes for what has stopped working, and the titles and descriptions search engines read. Our Surrey WordPress work includes JLJ Painting, Forever True Spa & Laser Studio and RK Modern Construction & Renovations.
We do not suggest WordPress as the starting point for a new site. A new build is a custom website, written for the business from the first line. Where a business already has WordPress and it still does the job, we keep what works and build on it, and when it has stopped doing the job, we say so plainly.
Reworking a live Surrey site: RK Modern Construction
RK Modern Construction & Renovations builds commercial interiors and home renovations, and its completed projects include a Custom Kitchen Upgrade in Surrey. Its site runs on WordPress with Elementor and the Rebar theme. On September 25, 2026 we reworked it to lead with commercial work, without rebuilding it.
The Gallery now opens with a Commercial section and a Start a commercial project button, followed by a Residential section with eleven new photos placed ahead of the earlier ones. We cropped every new photo to a 3:4 or 4:3 frame so the rows line up, removed the camera data from each file, and wrote a description of what each photo shows.
The words changed with the pictures. The home page title now names commercial and residential work, the Commercial Fit-Outs tile comes first, and we rewrote the company description in all three footer layouts. Then we checked all 13 public pages for leftover wording, because one old sentence left on one page undoes the change.
A Surrey painter's one-page site that sorts its own quotes
JLJ Painting is a painting contractor based in Surrey. Its site is a single long page on WordPress with Elementor, and the menu jumps to About Us, Services, Testimonials and Contact Us on that same page, so nobody waits for a new page to load.
Seven service cards cover exterior, interior, commercial, multi-house, condominium and new construction painting, plus repainting, and the quote form's Service You Need dropdown lists the same seven. Every enquiry arrives already sorted by type of job, and CleanTalk screens it for automated spam first.
The Recent Painting Work gallery holds 21 photos of JLJ jobs, tagged Commercial, Residential or Condo, so a strata council and a homeowner each find work like theirs. The search title and description are set through All in One SEO and name Surrey, BC, and Site Kit by Google is installed.
A Surrey spa's price list, in public and in tabs
Forever True Spa & Laser Studio is a women-only studio on 72 Ave in Surrey. Its site runs on WordPress with Elementor and the Brielle theme from Qode Interactive, a design suited to a photo-led beauty brand.
The price list sits on the home page, split into nine tabs from Waxing to Body Contouring, so a long menu fits in one section. Laser hair removal shows each area at a single session price beside a six-session package, so a client can see what a package saves, and every booking button opens the studio's own Fresha page.
The FAQ answers what a first-time laser client asks, filtered by Booking, Laser Treatments, Services and General. The blog holds ten treatment guides, posted on 22 and 23 June 2026, and nine of them name Surrey in the title.
Child themes, booking and the sites around Surrey
Magnus Coaching is Haleh Magnus's coaching practice in Langley, next door to Surrey. Her site runs on WordPress with Elementor and the Efor theme with a child theme, where custom work belongs, because a theme update leaves a child theme alone.
Every service page follows the same order: who it is for, why it matters, what the sessions cover, then that service's pricing and a booking button. The booking page lists three session types, each on its own TidyCal calendar, and the Zoom link arrives automatically once a time is chosen.
Where a Surrey WordPress job starts
Every job begins with the free 30-minute assessment, held on your premises in Surrey or online. Before that call we run our website audit: a polite crawler reads up to 15 pages of your site for broken links, contact details and technology, recognises about 70 technologies, and Google PageSpeed scores it.
You get a written estimate of what we will change and what we will not, and nothing on the site is touched until you approve it. If your forms should do more than send an email, they can file every enquiry in NameCRM, the client system our agency runs on, as a matched contact with a notice to you.
FAQ's
Surrey WordPress Customization questions
Can you work on a WordPress site another Surrey developer built?
Yes, that is most of this work. We use the theme and page builder already on the site, such as Elementor with Rebar, Brielle or Efor, and change it in place. For RK Modern Construction we reworked a live site to lead with commercial work, then checked all 13 public pages for leftover wording.
Do you build new websites on WordPress?
Not as a starting point. A new site from us is a custom website, written for your business from the first line. We work on WordPress when a business already has a WordPress site that still does its job, and we change, fix and extend it instead of starting over. If it has stopped working, we say so.
Will you meet us at our business in Surrey?
Yes. We come to your shop, office or job site anywhere in Surrey, meet somewhere close by, or talk online if that is easier. We read your site with our audit before the free 30-minute assessment, so the meeting is about what to change, not about what is installed.
Can our WordPress site name Surrey for local searches?
Yes, through the pages and titles themselves. JLJ Painting's search title and description name Surrey, BC, set through All in One SEO, and nine of Forever True's ten treatment guides name Surrey in the title. We write what is true about where you work, and we never promise a ranking.
What happens to our photos when you rework the site?
They are prepared before they go up. When we added new photos to RK Modern Construction's gallery, we cropped each one to a 3:4 or 4:3 frame so the rows line up, removed the camera data from every file, and wrote a description of what each photo shows, such as a mudroom bench with cubbies.
