Websites and software for salons, spas and beauty studios

A salon treatment page with a time picker, tomorrow's bookings confirmed by text, and a missed call answered and booked by an AI assistant, with example data

A salon or spa is chosen on trust and convenience. Before a woman books laser hair removal or a facial, she wants to see the price, know who will do the treatment, book a time whenever she thinks of it, and reach someone when she calls.

Forever True Spa & Laser Studio, a ladies-only beauty and aesthetics studio in Surrey, BC, runs on a WordPress website we built. Its prices sit in public on the home page, each co-owner has her own profile, and every booking button opens the studio's own Fresha page, so the front desk keeps one calendar. Behind our own phone line, NameCRM's AI receptionist answers the calls nobody picks up, says it is an AI and books into the real calendar.

Each section below is tied to one of those builds and to the service page that explains it. Start with the piece that costs you the most today: the free 30-minute assessment finds it, and we come to you, at your studio, at a spot near you or online.

Built for beauty

What a salon or spa needs, and where we have built it

The jobs a salon's website and the software behind it have to do. Each one names the build where it runs today and the page with the detail.

  1. Prices and packages she can see before she books

Forever True's price list sits on its home page instead of behind a form. Laser hair removal shows each area at a single session price beside a six-session package, body contouring beside an eight-session package, and nine tabs, from Waxing to Body Contouring, keep a long menu in one section.

  2. Who will do the treatment, and answers before the first visit

Each Forever True co-owner has her own profile with her photo, credentials and experience, and a gallery shows real client results and bridal work. The FAQ's fifteen questions cover how many laser sessions she needs, deposits, 24-hour notice for cancelling, gift cards with no expiry date and free parking.

  3. Every booking button goes to one calendar

Every booking button on Forever True's site opens the studio's own Fresha page, so the front desk keeps one calendar, and clients can still call or walk in when there is room. Where no tool fits, NameCRM's booking page offers real free time, with reschedule and cancel by private link.

  4. Confirmations, easy changes and a record of no-shows

In NameCRM, the software we run our agency on, the person who books gets a confirmation text with a link and can reschedule or cancel from a private link. A meeting marked no-show prompts a follow-up, and repeated no-shows flag the contact.

  5. Missed calls answered, and booked while she waits

When nobody picks up within about 20 seconds, NameCRM's AI receptionist answers, up to five calls at once. It says it is an AI, checks the time against your open hours in code, books it in the real calendar and texts a recap. It answers our own line.

  6. Every client's history on one page

NameCRM keeps every email, text, call, meeting, note, file and payment for a client on one timeline, threads texts per client instead of on a personal phone, takes the fields your business needs, and surfaces birthdays before they pass with a greeting drafted for you to review.

  7. Treatment guides that name your city

Forever True's site carries content for local search in Surrey, BC. Its blog holds ten treatment guides, from laser hair removal and acne treatment to lash lifts, brow lamination and waxing, and nine of them name Surrey in the title.

  8. One tap to call, one tap to the map

A Forever True visitor can tap the studio's number in the footer or open its address in Google Maps, and the contact page adds opening hours, a message form and a Book Online link.

FAQ's

Frequently asked question

What should a salon or spa website have?

Prices in public, with single sessions beside packages, and a menu grouped so it is easy to scan. Forever True's site adds a profile for each practitioner with photo and credentials, a gallery of real client work, an FAQ on deposits, cancellations, gift cards and parking, and booking buttons that open its own Fresha page.

Can my website send bookings to Fresha, or do I need a new booking system?

You can keep the tool you use. Forever True's site sends every booking button to its own Fresha page, so the front desk keeps one calendar and clients can still call or walk in. Where no tool fits, NameCRM's booking page books from real free time, with reschedule and cancel by private link.

Can an AI receptionist answer my salon's missed calls?

It can answer the calls nobody picks up. NameCRM's AI receptionist answers after about 20 seconds, says it is an AI and that the call is recorded, books into the real calendar while the caller waits and texts a recap. Today it answers our own line, and it comes only with NameCRM.

How can a salon cut down on no-shows?

Start with a clear policy where clients read it: Forever True's FAQ covers deposits and asks for 24-hour notice to cancel. Then make changing easy. In NameCRM the person who books gets a confirmation text and can reschedule or cancel from a private link, and repeated no-shows flag the contact for follow-up.

How much does a salon or spa website cost?

It depends on how long your treatment menu is, how many pages and guides the site carries, whether booking links to a tool you use or needs its own system, and whether a phone receptionist and client records come with it. We publish no flat price: after the free 30-minute assessment you get a written estimate, GST on top.
