How our pricing works

We do not publish a price list. Every business brings us a different problem, and a number on a page would be wrong for most of the people reading it. What we can tell you up front is how a price is reached, what makes it larger or smaller, and what you get in writing before you spend anything.

Every project starts with the free 30-minute assessment. We come to you, at your business, at a spot near you or online, look at what you have today, and then send a written estimate for a fixed scope. For a price on your own project, call 604-900-2060.

What decides the cost of a website

The size of the site and what it has to do. A one-page site costs less than a multi-page build, and every feature that does work for you adds to it: online booking, a client portal, forms that file each enquiry in a CRM, or an online store and its catalogue.

The platform matters too. We code a site from scratch when a template would hold the business back, and build on WordPress, Shopify or Webflow when one of them fits better. Improving the WordPress site you already have or your Shopify store often costs less than starting over, and we say so when it does.

What decides the cost of custom software

The workflows the system carries, the people and roles who use it, the systems it connects to and the reports it has to produce. A CRM for one team is smaller work than an operations system that runs quotes, orders, scheduling and invoicing, and every connection, such as QuickBooks Online and Stripe, Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, is priced by the work it takes.

We scope software in phases. The first phase is usually the one handoff that costs you the most time, such as a quote retyped into an invoice, so the first spend fixes the worst problem and the rest arrives in small releases your team can use as it goes.

What decides the cost of AI work

The AI Readiness Check is free: a look at how your business runs, then a written list of where AI pays off first. An AI Pilot is a fixed price for one workflow, built and run on a slice of real work with a person in the loop, so the first spend is limited and the result is measured before anything grows. AI Advisor is billed monthly.

What moves the price of a pilot is what it has to touch: how many kinds of call or task it handles, and which systems it connects to, such as your calendar, CRM or phone line. The AI receptionist is part of NameCRM, a subscription whose pricing businesses that request access hear first. The rest is on the AI Solutions page.

What decides the cost of a monthly service

SEO, social media, Google Ads management and Google Business Profile care are billed monthly. The price follows how much work each month carries: the pages and content for SEO, the posts and reels for social media, the campaigns for ads. The SEO and social media pages list what each package includes, and combining two of our marketing services takes a discount off both.

Some costs never pass through us. Google bills your ad spend straight to you, with nothing added on top, and the same goes for a Shopify subscription, paid apps, domain renewals, Microsoft 365 licences and Stripe's processing fees: each is charged by the company that provides it.

What the written estimate contains

The scope in plain words, what is included, and a line that says anything not listed is not included. The price for that scope, with GST shown on top. The payment schedule: for a project, usually a deposit when you sign and the balance on delivery; for a monthly service, billing a month at a time. And the costs other companies bill you directly, so nothing arrives later as a surprise.

Once you accept the estimate, an engagement letter with the same scope and price follows for you to sign online, and the work starts once it is signed.

Fixed scope, and what changes it

The price holds for the scope you signed. If you ask for something the scope does not cover, we write the change down and quote it before any of it is done, and you decide whether it goes ahead. A change never appears on an invoice you did not see coming.

GST, added on top

GST is added on top of every estimate and invoice, shown as its own line with our GST number. The price we talk about is the price before tax, so the total is never a surprise.

Who owns what you pay for

What we make for you is yours once it is paid in full: the design, the content, the code we write and the files. The accounts a project needs, such as the domain, hosting, analytics or Business Profile, are set up in your name, or run by us and transferred whenever you ask; the written scope says which. Themes, plugins, apps and platforms stay under their makers' licences.

NameCRM is different, because it is our product: you subscribe to it, and the data in it stays yours, with one click exporting your records as spreadsheet files.

Pricing questions

What people ask about price

Why do you not publish prices?

Because every project is custom, priced by the business and the problem in front of it, so a number on a page would be wrong for most readers. Instead, every project starts with the free 30-minute assessment and a written estimate for a fixed scope, with GST added on top. Call 604-900-2060 for pricing.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the size of the site and what it has to do. A one-page site costs less than a multi-page build, and booking, a client portal, a store or integrations are priced by the work involved. After the free 30-minute assessment you get a written estimate, GST added on top. Call 604-900-2060 for pricing.

How much does custom software cost?

It depends on the workflows, the users and their roles, the connections and the reports the system needs. We scope software in phases, starting with the handoff that costs you the most time, so the first spend fixes the worst problem. A written estimate for a fixed scope follows the free 30-minute assessment, with GST added on top.

How much does AI work cost for a small business?

The AI Readiness Check is free. An AI Pilot is a fixed price for one workflow, run on a slice of real work, so the first spend is limited and the result is measured. AI Advisor is monthly. What moves a pilot's price is what it touches: the calls or tasks it handles and the systems it connects to.

Is the price fixed once we agree?

Yes, for the scope you signed. If you ask for something outside it, the change is written down and quoted before any of it is done, and you decide whether it goes ahead. Costs that other companies bill you directly, such as ad spend or a Shopify subscription, are listed in the estimate so they are never a surprise.

Is GST included in your prices?

No. GST is added on top of every estimate and invoice, shown as its own line with our GST number. The price we discuss with you is the price before tax, so the total on the invoice is what you were told plus GST, with nothing else added to it.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. The free 30-minute assessment costs nothing and carries no obligation. Before it we review your website, search presence, social channels and the systems behind them; during it, Seemab Akbar walks you through what is working and what to fix first; after it, a written summary follows. We come to you, meet near you or meet online.

Who owns the work once it is paid?

You do. The design, content, code and files we make for you are yours once paid in full. Accounts are set up in your name, or run by us and transferred whenever you ask, as the written scope says. NameCRM is our product, offered as a subscription, and the data in it stays yours to export.

How do I get a price for my project?

Call 604-900-2060 or book the free 30-minute assessment online. We look at your business and what you need, then send a written estimate for a fixed scope, with GST added on top and the costs other companies bill you listed separately. You decide after reading it, with no obligation to go ahead.
