Terms of Use
Version: September 20, 2026
These terms apply when you use nametech.ca. Paid work is governed by the service agreement you sign with us, and where the two differ, the signed agreement wins. Please read these terms with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Nametech Canada Ltd. ("Nametech", "we", "us"), #115 - 14398 60 Ave, Surrey, BC V3X 2N5, Canada. Phone +1 604-900-2060. Email info@nametech.ca.
2. Using this site means you accept these terms
By browsing this site, sending us a form or booking a time, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms, and the date at the top of the page shows the current version. If you are a paying client and a change affects you in a material way, we will tell you by email.
3. The site is information, not advice and not an offer
The pages on this site describe our services in general terms. They are not professional advice for your situation, and nothing here is an offer that you can accept to form a contract. A contract with us exists only when both of us sign a written proposal or service agreement.
4. Published prices
Where we publish prices, they are in Canadian dollars, they do not include GST or other applicable taxes, and they describe our standard monthly packages at the time of publishing. Advertising spend is separate: you pay it directly to Google, Meta or the platform concerned, and we never mark it up or hold it. The scope, start date, term, renewal and cancellation terms for your work are set out in your signed agreement. We may change published prices at any time; a change does not affect an agreement already signed.
5. No guarantee of results
Search rankings, website traffic, leads, sales, advertising performance, ad account approval and email deliverability depend on search engines, advertising platforms, your market and many things neither of us controls. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, amount of traffic, number of leads or level of revenue, and no one at Nametech is authorized to promise one. Case studies and examples on this site describe individual projects and are not a prediction of what you will achieve.
6. AI tools and our phone line
Some calls to our business lines may be answered by an automated AI assistant, and calls may be recorded and transcribed so that we can respond accurately and keep a record of what was asked. An AI assistant can make mistakes. What it says is not a quote, a confirmed booking, a commitment or professional advice until a person at Nametech confirms it in writing. You can always ask to deal with a person. Our Privacy Policy explains how recordings are handled.
7. The free assessment
The free 30 minute assessment gives general observations about your website, search presence and online systems. It does not create a client relationship or any duty to you until a service agreement is signed, you are under no obligation to buy anything, and we may decline to take on any project. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the booking form.
8. Ownership of what is on this site
The text, design, graphics, code and images on this site belong to Nametech or to the clients and licensors who allowed us to show them. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, collect it with automated tools, or use it to train software, without our written permission. Client names, logos and screenshots of client projects belong to their owners and are shown to describe work we did for them. Other names and logos are the property of their owners.
9. Reviews and testimonials
Reviews shown on this site were posted publicly by real clients on Google and are shown with their original attribution. They reflect those clients' own experiences. If a review of yours appears here and you would like it removed, email info@nametech.ca and we will remove it.
10. Links and embedded services
This site links to other websites and can display a Google map when you ask it to. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
- Do not interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses or try to reach systems you were not given access to.
- Do not submit false information, other people's information without their permission, or advertising through our forms.
- Do not use automated tools to send forms or to collect content from the site.
12. Careers
A job or contract posting on this site is an invitation to apply. It is not an offer of work. We consider every applicant on their skills and experience. If you need an accommodation during the application process, tell us and we will work with you. Our Privacy Policy explains how application information is used and how long it is kept.
13. The site is provided as it is
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will be free of errors, interruptions or harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. To the extent the law allows, Nametech, its directors, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost search rankings, advertising spend or business interruption, even if we were told such loss was possible. Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of this site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). This section applies to use of the website only. Liability for paid services is set out in your signed service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of British Columbia, including liability for deliberate wrongdoing.
15. Your responsibility for misuse
If you misuse this site in breach of section 11 and that misuse causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we suffer as a direct result.
16. Governing law and where disputes are heard
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most problems are solved in a conversation. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way will be decided by the courts of British Columbia or, for claims within its jurisdiction, the British Columbia Civil Resolution Tribunal. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer protection law gives you.
17. Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everyone and we build it with keyboard access, readable contrast and text alternatives in mind. We do not claim that it meets any particular standard in every respect. If you meet a barrier, email info@nametech.ca or call +1 604-900-2060 and we will help you directly and fix what we can.
18. General
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about your use of this website. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@nametech.ca.
